Observing widespread language struggles, I founded RIE in 2001 with four students. Despite challenges, I crafted innovative methods to teach English effectively. My journey was one of perseverance and dedication, yielding remarkable results. Witnessing students transform from grappling with basics to confident speakers filled me with profound satisfaction. Success, to me, lies in empowering individuals to express themselves effectively. This ethos drives RIE forward.
